Laura is an environmental scientist who served with BMS in Peru between 2012 and 2025. Initially Laura was based in the Peruvian Amazon, assisting with the development of environmental and educational initiatives through the Nauta Integral Mission Training Centre. In July 2021, she relocated to the coastal desert city of Piura in northern Peru to take on the role of Creation Stewardship Coordinator for BMS and the local Baptist partner. In 2025 Laura-Lee returned to the UK to take up the role of Creation Stewardship Coordinator for BMS from her new base in Wales.
